Disable incoming emails after restore

Dear Sir or Madam,

I used the following command line parameters for deactivating outgoing mails:

-Datlassian.mail.senddisabled 
-Datlassian.mail.fetchdisabled 
-Datlassian.mail.popdisabled

...and it works.

Is it possible to deactivate all incoming emails, too? (we use two email handler)

Hi Tibor,

thx for your fast reply. Is it normal that I still see the incoming email configuration in JIRA? The outgoing email configration is deleted and replaced by a JIRA info msg.

Yes, absolutely normal. The handlers will run periodically, but will log a message to the log file that email processing is disabled and no emails will be downloaded from the accounts.

It will disable incoming emails too. See 

-Datlassian.mail.fetchdisabled 
-Datlassian.mail.popdisabled

These are used to stop processing of incoming emails.

There is nothing else you need to configure.
