Disable notifications per issuetype

Hi

I have an issue in my project where I need to disable whole notifications

Currently, I've disabled it on transitions but the case is to make it also work on issue assignment/comment event?

Is it possible without a third-party plugin? If not - maybe you can recommend some?

I'm using jira 7.6 - maybe in never version it is possible (didn't find anything in release notes but maybe I've missed sth)

You should be able to create a new notification scheme where no recipients are selected on any of the notifications and then use that new scheme in your project.
