Disable "Add to projects view navigation" for users of business-template projects

I'd like to be able to not allow anyone but Jira admins to add or remove navigation items and would like to disable the "Add to projects view navigation" ability for them.  Is there a way to do this?  I have yet to find one.

Hi @John Bradley 

Based on the documentation, Project admins can customize the following:

• Set the default view for the project

• Remove a tab from the navigation

• Add a tab back to the navigation if it has been removed

• Reorder the tabs

So if the other users don't have the rights of project administration they should not be able to add additional tabs.

Thanks Cyrille - I was hoping that the Jira admin could be the only one to do this, but at least I know that users of projects (except project admins) cannot add or remove navigation items.
