Disable recaptcha when sign up jira colud

I'm a JIRA administrator, some of our users having limited internet access due to company policies, so for those users only enable internet access for atlassian domain, but when users signup recaptcha is not showing, since it's coming from google, and it's not allowed to them. Is there way to disable this recaptcha when sign up for JIRA could? Since i couldn't find any solution.

Hi Yaham,

I have not found a way to turn off Captcha for Cloud users either as this is a function that must be manipulated via the database.  There is a Suggestion for this behavior in Cloud that you can find at JRACLOUD-40362.  Please vote on JRACLOUD-40362 and add your use case to the notes so we can get this functionality implemented into JIRA in the future.
