Disable state change when moving issue

We want that when moving an issue to another type of issue that does not have the state of the original that we want to move, when the screen with the status selector appears, this field appears disabled loaded with the initial state and does not allow the user to modify

If the issue status cannot be moved to relevant mapped status in the new issue type workflow, this behaviour is intended.
