Hi everyone,

I am experiencing a disappeareance of Epics and child issue from the roadmap. As of now it happened on old projects and on Epics/child issues marked as "DONE".

As an example MO3-34 lacks 2 out of 3 child issues: MO3-36 is there but MO3-35 and MO3-37 are not displayed nested under the epic MO3-34 like they were before.

Is it because the issue was created more than 1 year ago?

Is it this setting fault? doesn't seem to hide anything more even if i try shorter timeframes (1 month)Immagine 2022-10-26 160913.pngImmagine 2022-10-26 160923.png

I want the roadmap to show EVERYTHING, even if it's old or marked as completed, how can i achieve that?

Hi @Lorenzo Paoletti welcome to the Atlassian Community!

A Roadmap is a future view per definition, it outlines the initiatives, epics and features in the pipeline.

So it doesn't make sense to show (very) old done issues. Besides, that would clutter your roadmap after a while.

The Epic issue detail view will always show you ALL issues within the Epic.

Short answer: No, you cannot change this setting in the basic roadmap.
