Discrepancies in JIRA reports

Hello JIRA team,

Issues shown under Sprint report as "issues removed from sprint" - however they haven't been removed. I am trying to understand the discrepancies in the JIRA reports:

1. Velocity chart - Shows 23 story points are completed out of 115 committed.

2. Sprint Report - Aligns with velocity chart. But shows "issues removed from the sprint" - however they have not been removed.

3. Burnup chart - shows 104 story points are completed.

Could you please help me understand what am i missing? and how to interpret these charts?

I might have an answer but I have a couple of questions first. Did you verify in the history of the issue that it was not removed from the Sprint? Have you tried to run the Pie Chart Report by "Issue Type"?
