Display attachments in Servicedesk portal

Hi Team,

My usecase is to copy attachments from Sub-task to parent and display desired attachments on the Servicedesk Portal. With Automation for JIRA, I copied over the attachments to the Parent task. However, I am unable to Edit the desired attachments on JIRA to be able to display them on the portal. I wish there is an alternative other than to download the attachments and upload them again to make them publicly accessible to customers. 

Am I overlooking something here? Any suggestions please?

Hi @Janakiraman S 

For a customer to see an attachment, you have to upload it via the comment field. Otherwise this will not be visible to the customer. Did you try to add a comment by adding only the attachment?

Yes, with a comment, it is possible. I was looking for an alternative using a flag/so in "Manage Attachments". Just expected too much from "Manage Attachments".
