You have a link already about this but it is 2 years old. I am looking to see if there is a realistic solutoni for letting the issues display the resoluton date on the Issue Navigator screen. That field is not showing when we expland the Columns dropdown. We are using JIRA 6.x

Did you try adding the "Resolved" field? It's the one that stores the date.

Had the same quesion and found this post, but no solution.
My own solution is now to use an addon to copy the value of resolutiondate into a new custom field ResolutionDate2 , which I can see in issue view and issue search
