Displaying Age of Ticket

I have seen this question about two or three times from months/years past, but wanted to ask a fresh one with my situation details. Maybe there is an answer posted I could not find.

I made a rich filter query. I made some smart filters. On my dashboard, they work. I see total numbers of open tickets in my queue, total unassigned, total requests. So, I can quickly see those figures. Just the totals. What I have been trying to figure out is to make the age of oldest ticket display there too. Would like to see how many days is the oldest (from creation date) is in my queue, unassigned, etc. For example, seven tickets in my queue, and five days of oldest ticket.

I just do not know if I have the ability to do so, or if it can be done with the limitations I have. The only icons on the top right of my Jira is my profile image of basic stuff, and the help icon. I seen (online) images of a gears button for administrator options, filters, etc. I not have that (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/managing-global-permissions-861253290.html).

The Jira version we run is v8.13.15.

My team are just users, in a building with people who have the same rights. There are people higher above the food chain in a couple of different states away, in buildings with hundreds more people than we got in our tiny place. There is no way I get to find who to speak to to get just us any more rights, without them talking to their own higher up about changes that would affect hundreds. :/ I am not even a number to them. So, I can only work with what I got for my local team. The Jira database is being controlled on servers three time zones away.

I hope that helps explain what I am running, what I got, and what I am just trying to do. One simple calculation to give me an age of oldest ticket for the queries I specified in my filers.

I got a feeling I am not going to get anywhere, but I wanted to try my last resort of posting a question online.

I found more publicly made comments on this type of query, and it seems the only way i can find is you need to have administrator abilities with the ability to buy and use automation type tools/addons.
