Each one of those errors has a "find out more" link.  Try reading what they have to say.  Then come back here if the explanations don't help.  (In most cases, you will find they will, but "most" is not "all")

You should run the instance health check to see more details about the errors.

 for this you need Jira admin rights... if you have the rights then go to Jira Admin --> System

-- > troubleshooting and support tools and then select and run the instance health check.
