Displaying workflows from Team Managed projects for documentation

We have a team using a Team Managed project and they need to export their workflows for documentation.

The visualization in editing the workflow is ok for the developers but is not useful for sharing with project users

@Rich Wolverton The only way to visualize a workflow is through the editor.  If you export the workflow I believe it is in XML format and will not be of much use.  On past projects where we had a complex workflow and needed to document it and share it with others on the project, we had to create them in a tool like Vizio.

We are trying to:

1. Make it much easier to discuss the workflow with users and management
2. Avoid or, if necessary, automate the use of Visio and other visualization tools

What are you expecting to get in the content of the export?

I don't think there is a native feature for exporting workflows, in general, but there may be third party apps that could help.
