Do I need to manually delete Google Apps users that have been removed from my Google Apps domain?

We use Google Apps for Business. I recently deleted a few users from our Google Apps Domain. Do I also need to delete them from JIRA or will this happen automatically?

After you have suspended or delete few users from Google Apps Domain, they may still can access until database have been synchronizes. For more information about delete users from JIRA, please the link below:
