I have been moving several hundred tickets from one project to another the common denominator being a specific label to these tickets. So far I believe I've done it properly, however in the new project board built for these tickets, it shows all the completed and done tickets over the years in the done column. Did their timeframe for a completed task get reset, and will they then disappear after the 1/2/4 week timeframe option its set to?

To what type of project did you move the issues?
Are you displaying them on a Kanban board?
As per the following open suggestion, the Hide Completed option is looking at the Last Updated timestamp of the issues, not the Resolved timestamp. Moving the issues will change the Last Updated timestamp, so the issues are again displayed.
