Do we need to restore the Home and Installation directory aswell for xml backup restore from production to development environment.

We are planning to restore the development environment with production data through xml backup.

We wanted to confirm that do we need to restore the home and installation directory from production to development environment.

FYI: We are in v6.4.13

Please advise.
