Do you create tasks for timebox meetings?

Hi,
I am interested to know if any PO out there create tasks (tickets) for daily/weekly/bi-weekly scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives etc.
If yes, what are the benefits?
If no, do you just account for this time when figuring the team's velocity?

Thanks

I have never created any ticket for ceremonies, mostly agenda tickets but nothing on jira. To me there was not valuable input to track time spent on meeting as long as we keep to the timebox of planning, backlog grooming, retros and reviews.

Both planning, grooming, retros, reviews and daily standups are relevant to the team velocity I guess, so within a Sprint I would consider the team velocity to include the ceremonies needed to stay on track, keep each other updated, understand requirements and improve communication/workflow.
