Oscar, try looking at the Automated Log Work for JIRA add-on in the marketplace. This adds a start/stop button to the issues for easy tracking.

I mean something more practice, something like people just have to touch a buttton to start or stop working on the project, not on the task. The intention is not to log but to track the time.
