There isn't a field for that, but it is logged in the issue history of course. You'll need to read the issue for its history and go through it looking for the line that says "Status changed from/to"

It isn't tracking by status, but when issues change the category of the status, that value is set as the statusCategoryChangedDate and this would include changes from/to the status categories:
For example if you checked that date/time field for done issues it would provide what you ask if you only have one status with a status category of Done. If you have multiple such status values for the project, this will not work as you ask.
