Hi all,
We’re setting up Jira Data Center (on-prem) and planning to use NFSv4 with Kerberos (krb5p) for securing the shared home directory.
Can anyone confirm if krb5p is officially supported and stable for this use case in production?
Appreciate any feedback or documentation reference.
Thanks!
Hi @Digambar Prakash Dhanagar
Welcome to the community!
I think, krb5p is not officially supported by Atlassian. Atlassian supports only NFSv4.0.
Many administrators report that setting up NFSv4 + krb5p is complex and fragile

You can check the the below document if it helps you.
