Does Jira has functionality to plan developer's FTE (20 hour/week in March, 40 in April)?

Hi,

Does Jira has a place/feature to track following info?
for example:

Jira has functionality to log work hours. the sumtotal need to validate against the forecast hours. 

for example above table show John should work on 20 hours on week1, and the log hour show 40 hours, which cause we go over budget.

Jira have some basic support for planning, but it is really just an "estimated time" field and I think you should be able to accumulate that using a 2D Filter Statistics report gadget.

If you need more than these basics, then you should definitely try Tempo! It offers very rich time planning features.
