Does Jira have a (realtime) time-tracking feature?

I'm struggling to find reliable information about time tracking in Jira.

What I need is the ability to actually start a task, see a timer progressing, stop a task, maybe edit that data, and finally see daily recaps of total hours worked, task breakdown, etc.

So far I've found a manual tracker, where you manually add the hours worked, but that's totally not what I need.

I've also been unable to find which kinds of recaps are available.

Is there anything like that?
