I want to be able to export ALL the data from an EPIC, including Zephyr Test data at the child issue level, from one Project instance to another. I've tried csv, Better Excel and JSON exports, but non of them apprear to actual pick up the data in the fields!?

Hello Karl,

Thank you for reaching out.

Per your description, I understand you are trying to migrate your issues with their related Epics from one Jira Server instance to another. Is that correct?

I believe that you might be able to achieve it by using the CSV export/import functionality, first importing your Epics and them your standard issues. These would be the exact steps:

1 - Navigate to the issue navigator page of your source instance > Create a filter to return all your Epics and export it to a CSV file (Containing all fields):

2 - Logged as an administrator, Import your epics to your target instance, by navigating to administration > System > Import & Export > running the External System Import.

3 - Repeat the same process of step 1, however, exporting your Standard issue-types

4 - Import your Standard issue types to your target instance. The Epic link field should be properly configured to link them to their related Epics

5 - Follow the documentation below to export and import your test case data from Zephyr application:
