Does anyone have a template to get multiple issues into a project on JIRA, or where I can find one?

Really would save me time to populate a project on Jira by uploading a file which was already created during a meeting.

Yes I looked at this, I don't really understand it Im not the best with this...I need a template correctly formatted that I can just add my data to
