I created a webhook with a series of events to send the payload to my endpoint, but the request requires an authentication (token maybe), but i do't know what to expect from the response coming from Jira Webhooks. I appreciate in advance!

Hi @Camilla Lisboa

By default, using the Jira system webhooks don't support sending authentication headers.

However, in case your project is a service management project, you can configure an automation rule to send the events via webhook using a custom payload.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/send-alerts-with-jira-service-management-webhooks-968670084.html

In addition to that, in case you have the Automation 4 Jira plugin, you can also configure an automation rule for any kind of project.

Hoping this helps, please let us know your thoughts.
