We are on-prem and our PMO uses Smartsheets (wasn't my decision...) The PMO also uses JIRA for tasking (another headscratcher since they uses smartsheets. I thought smartsheets was all knowing).
Anyway - The JIRA Connector works on Cloud and only on server if the url is available outside the firewall. we are lift and shifting our instance to AWS, but even then since we are healthcare, I doubt they will open up JIRA.
Any thoughts on getting JIRA data to Smartsheets ?
