Hi,
I created a software company managed project for my team to keep their work in.
Because this project will host ongoing work, my Kanban board will get a little crammed as time goes by. I had an idea to enable the backlog and start monthly sprints so that when the tasks in the sprint are done and I close the sprint, the kanban board will clear and make room for new work.
I don't know why I cannot start the sprint..does anyone have any ideas why this could be happening? I am attaching a screenshot so that it is a bit more clear what I am talking about.
I would appreciate any help!

Hi Rocsana,
Make sure you have the Manage Sprints permission in the Permission Scheme for the project.
Hey John,
Yes I do (I am an admin so I should do according to this screenshot)
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You have that permission wide open! I would lock that down more. Like get rid of Public group, any logged in user, and all users on the project.
The use the permission helper (button on the top left) inside the permission scheme to give you more feedback on why you can't start the sprint.

Thanks for the help - I decided to go with 'delete closed issuses that have been on my KB board for iver a week' and split everything into epics and add tags
