Does apps(plugin) usage count towards disk space in Jira Cloud

We have 250GB quota per instance referencing

Does apps/plugin count towards that space, so if i start using a larger storage app will that also cut into the allowance for attachments?

Hello,

It depends, on where the plugin stores its data. Most of the plugins store the data outside of JIra and that is why the data are not counted to the storage limit.
