Does the Gantt-Chart for Jira cloud version need to be configured by the administrator to run after

We want to try your product. Do you need a professional jira administrator to configure the software before you can use it? Or does this software require no configuration?
We want to expand the epic, arrange the timeline of the epic and the included user stories, and output a visual timeline that can be reviewed internally or externally with customers. Can it meet our needs?
