Hi Team,

Noticed people are posting this API in community but it is not part of Official Atlassian documentation. Does it valid.?

If yes then how to authenticate as we i am not able to connect using script runner in jira cloud.

Any REST API that is undocumented is considered "internal" and subject to change any time. 

If you need this temporarily, you can rely on it, but for the long run, you should not.

@Aron Gombas _Midori_is correct. The Greenhopper APIs were deprecated years ago and access to any remnants of it is restricted to internal access only.

I can see where you commented on this thread on the same topic. You're reading very old articles about Jira SERVER not Jira CLOUD.
