Don't have the option to create a project.

There are steps in the tutorial to go to Projects -> Create a Project. I don't have 'Create a Project' as an option.

@Sidd Murthyyou need to have administration permission to create new project or on Cloud you can create Agility Projects, but you need to have Create independent projects check https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/managing-global-permissions-776636359.html
