Don’t trigger 1, 2, 3 numeric shortcuts while holding down Alt modifier

In a Jira board view (e.g. backlog, active sprints, reports), numeric shortcuts are in place to navigate between them (1 for backlog, 2 for active sprints, 3 for reports).

These shortcuts unfortunately also trigger while holding down the Alt modifier which is unexpected because some browsers on some operating systems (e.g. Firefox on Ubuntu, Chrome on Ubuntu) trigger tab navigation on Alt+1, Alt+2, etc. I frequently change the view by accident when invoking Alt+1, Alt+2, or Alt+3 (e.g. to navigate to my pinned tabs) and I don’t think this should happen.
