Done work items aren't disappearing after two weeks in the Done column

Hi

I have set boards to a two week time frame for work items to stay in the Done column but they aren't disappearing. I know this is based on updated but they aren't being updated.

Does anyone know why they aren't disappearing after two weeks?

Hello

Welcome to the community :) 

Could you please check if the done column is the last column on the board ? Please  Also make sure that the resolution field is set for those issues.

I can confirm that the Done column is the last column on the board and that the Done and Rejected statuses are mapped to it.

Can you confirm what you mean by 'resolution field is set'?

Good day welcome to Atlassian Community!!

Can you confirm on below questions?

  1. Is your Done column, the right most column of your board?
  2. When a status is moved to Done, can you confirm resolution is being set?

NOTE: Even If you have set boards to a two-week time frame for work items to stay in the Done column, they can still show depending upon how you are configured, and what is Done for you

Yes the Done column is the last column in the kanban board.

There is no resolution being set, it is just moved in to the column.

Hey Sherry,

 

That might be the reason for it not getting removed, update your workflow and make sure resolution is set.

Or you can add transition screen to let users select resolution.

Let me know if you need help in that

Was your filter changed in the mean time? Same thing goes for the sub-filter.
