I want to down load Jira Project related data for one year but unable to download in full its only downloading 1000 lines in excel, how to download data in full in one shot?

It is expected behavior and default limit in Jira DC.
You may need to contact your Jira admin to increase the export limit with the steps as documented in the following document:
