Download Raw Data by User

Hello! I noticed in the past all exported raw data in Excel was in order by user (alphabetical order). It was very convenient for our managers and clients. Now the data seem to be in chronological order (by date when users logged their time). Is there a way to go back to the previous format?

@Lena Viator what steps are you taking to download the raw data?  Are you using a filter?  If you are using a filter you can change the way it is ordered and order it by user then it would have the order that you want.
