Download of ebusiness JIRA Version 3.13 HELP

The firm i am working with is looking to migrate our self hosted Jira to Atlasssian Cloud. We still use a really outdated version in addition to "normal Jira", called ebusiness Jira (i think the support for that stopped in like 2017). We use this as a database to look up old issues or projects. In order to migrate this dinosaur of service, i need to upgrade the version to AT LEAST 7.4. The Problem here ist that the oldest version available here is 4.3. And we are still running on 3.1. so i need 3.13 to upgrade to 4.3 to upgrade to 7.4 right? Does anybody here have this version still installed or has a link for downloading this?

If I were you, I would open a MOVE ticket (which is a support ticket with the Atlassian service desk) - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ . If you are trying to do this by yourself / without a Solution Partner, I think you will anyway need support from Atlassian for this, considering your situation.
