Download user licenses through the API

Hello everyone, I wanted to ask if it is possible to download licenses from a group of users through the API. Example: I have to remove the licenses of a group of Jira Software users because they do not use it anymore.

Jira does not have user licences, it has a server licence or a cloud subscription that says "you can have up to X users login to this system".

If you want to stop people logging in and hence contributing to your user count, you need to remove them from having product access by removing them from their groups (on server, or if you're using Atlassian Access), or via site admin if you're using Atlassian or Google accounts on Cloud.
