Downloading an attached document

At this moment I'm not able to download a document from a Jira ticket that I uploaded. I can only open it in a view.
I'm sure this worked fine until recently. What do I miss?
I seem to miss some options how to 'treat' a document?

Searching further:
1st: The above was for the 'new look'. When I set tickets to show in 'Old Look' then they are directly downloaded when 'opening' them.
2nd: when in 'New Look' and opening in view, I can download by clicking the 'cloud' at the right top.
So all working fine, although I use 'New Look' in general and can't remember always to end up in 'view' to be able to download a document.
