Drag&Drop Issues on Rapid Board

Hi

I have a problem on the Rapid Board, how i can drag issues assigned tho other users from "To do" in "In Progress" as Admin?

I just have the option to drag it from "To do" to "Close/Done"

Wrong Permission?

Hope some one can help me.

Issues like this are generally workflow related.

One way to quickley check is go to the actual issue screen and see what workflow buttons are available. If you don't see the transition then you can't do it in the RapidBoard.

In this case, I would say that your 'In progress' transition is setup so only the assigned user can do it. As your admin user isn't the assigned user, the transition is unavailable.

Have a look at the documentation for configuring workflows. You should be able to put an OR condition in to allow admins to also transition this issue.

What out though for the 'auto assign' functionality of GreenHopper though, as it might then assign the In Progress issue to the admin who dragged it
