Hi @Niklas Karl , issues will appear on a specific board based on the underlying filter, defining the board. if you are using a company managed project, determined by looking in the lower left corner, then you can edit the underlying filter such that issues will disappear based on certain criteria. For example, in your post you mention having issues disappear when they are assigned to "oneself". So if that is precisely what you would want, then you could exclude any issues assigned to you specifically. I suspect that isn't precisely what you really want and if that is true, please explain more precisely what you are trying to achieve, and I might be able to assist further. Also, please indicate whether you are using a company or Team managed project.
