Drop Down Link is Displaying 63+ Contacts, Where It Used to Show 10 Before.

Dear/folks

drop down used to be populated with 10ish or soo people but now we see 63+, making it difficult to use this effectively. where we can change this

What is the field that is doing this? Assignee, reporter, something else?
