The EPIC number SUPPCHIN- 1 OTIF is not showing in the drop down, you can see the count but is not allowing to select. Also if you type SUPPCHIN-1 send an error message indicating the the EPIC doesn't exist.

Could you clarify where this specific drop down is within Jira? Is this when trying to set the Epic link of another issue in order to add it to this epic? If so, then citing the issue key is not actually appropriate to add this other issue to an epic. Instead you need to use the epic name.
