Dropdown options disappeared for all fields of `Select List`

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We found out that from 9:00am HKT of Aug 9, 2023, all the dropdown fields show empty in the options list.
No config is being updated in these 2 weeks.

Same here, I can edit on the "create" screen and on JIRA's ios app but it's completely broken on the web when editing an issue.
Note, according to status page this is being worked on:
