Hi all,

I am not able to create any tasks, bugs or anything and keep getting an error saying 'due date is not set', which i can't find anywhere.

I don't seem to be finding any due date anywhere, besides a custom field that i didn't set.

Anyone has experienced that before and got a solution for it?

Thanks

Hi Mehrdad - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Try adding the Due Date to the screen used by the project. If it is already on the screen and just not showing, you might check the Field Configuration to see if the field is hidden.

Hi @Mehrdad Sadraei

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

It sounds like the Due date is a required field, and that is why you get the error. Have you tried adding the date to the custom field? It could also be that the due date is not on the screen/layout so you do not see it, but still set as required in a project configuration.

Thanks Mikael. We had 3 due dates created in custom fields! and that caused the problem. Thanks
