Duplicate Webhooks When issue created from Sprint board
HI All,
I am using cloud jira and trying to integrate jira with servicenow.
I have registered the webhooks.
For a nextgen scrum project, on the backlog page, if we create a story directly to any sprint, I am receiving two webhook events.
One issue_created: with issue summary and status,
other issue_updated : with sprint details.
We haven't observed this issue earlier. are there any changes done recently ?
Is there is any way I can fix this ?
This is a blocker for our client. so, please help us as early as possible.
