Duplicate assignee names in the LOV dropdown

Hi, We are seeing the duplicate names of the assignee in the LOV . Please check the below image. How we can remove this. We are using JIRA server & not the cloud platform & facing the issue on production environment. Thanks, Rohit

There was once this issue:

The provided fix solved the issue for our instance. However, it seems like some users still have issues and thus this issue was created.

Make sure to vote and watch that issue and then just wait for it to be fixed.

The workaround for our issue back in the day was just rebooting our JIRA server.
