Duplicate transition

Hello team, I need help with a workflow that I create with a single transition but on the dashboard it shows me a duplicate. Change the name and it appears the same. The transition is from a level 2 to level 3 state.

Hello Rosa, did you validate that there are not two transitions?

What type of project are you using? Team-managed? Company-managed? Jira Work Management? And can you share a screenshot of your workflow?
