I have a problem when manage our users, when I add the new user from crowd and sync it to JIRA,
There is 2 users appear in JIRA like this example:
John Smith
Smith, John
Both have the same username account, the email is something like this:
Both have same list of group but only 1 have actual user access log to it (Smith, John)
I have encounter this for a few times, but since user was confused so I have to delete the duplicated(John Smith with no user access log).
Are the users from the same directory? For example, John Smith might be in the Crowd directory and Smith, John might be in the JIRA internal directory.
