E sign is not working when ticket is in Read only format

Hello community,

We are making Jira ticket non editable in particular state with Jira properties (jira.issue.editable = false).

And we are using below E-sign plugin to do the signature in jira ticket.

My question is when ticket is in read only format its blocking the signature also, User is not able to do the signature. is there any way that only signature can be enabled when ticket is in read only state?

Yes you can do based on Project role.
