Hi all -
We just commissioned Jira Cloud for use by a corporate team that uses Internet Explorer 11 as its browser.
Only this afternoon we noticed that no vertical scroll bar appears in the View Issue screen, which disables us from viewing all page content that falls below the normal screen height.
Scroll bars seem to be present alongside all other screens, so I assume this really is a page-specific issue.
Considering we're working with a Cloud-based instance of Jira, is there anyone who knows how to solve this issue?
Many thanks in advance,
Raymond
Could you provide the information when this issue is resolved?
I believe it was fixed pretty much right after I posted my reply.

Hmm. That sort of instills some hope in me, believing that if it's just a patch issue that appeared only recently it can perhaps be solved asap. Currently, because of my team's inability to scroll down to see last comments, JIRA has become pretty much unusable, which is far from ideal.

There is a sort of workaround while we wait for a fix. Click left mouse button somewhere on the page, hold and drag to the bottom of the screen to drag-select the text. This will allow you to scroll up and down. The Comment-button on the bottom of the screen seems to still work.

Same problem was introduced today on our cloud Jira. It worked perfectly before the weekend. I assume they introduced a bug through a patch.
