JIRA 7.2.12

Bitbucket v4.8.6

All three of those versions have already reached EOL. 

According to the Atlassian documentation, EOL if marked as 2 years after the beginning of a major release. For example, 7.2.X will reach EOL 2 years after the release of 7.2.0. 

Here is a list of upcoming EOL dates: Anything not listed has already reached EOL, including the versions you've listed.
